★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family of 5 booked the 11.15pm bus from TBS to Kuala Perlis on Aug. 28th '20.
Our nightmare started at 10.30pm at the BTS terminal until 02.00am on Aug. 29th.
There was no sign of the bus after waiting over 30 mins past the departure time. We approached the staff at the gate and was told that there was a problem with the AC that was being fixed.
We the approached the gate staff again and was told the AC have been fixed and the bus on the way, but couldn't say what time it will arrive.
After waiting another 90 mins, we went upstairs to speak to the supervisor to cancel our tickets. At this point they mentioned that the bus would arrive in the next 20 mins.
When the replacement bus finally arrived past 2.10am, it was a downgraded bus, single level with 2x2 rows obviously much less seat space. We booked the double decker with 2+1 row seats. Adding insult to injury, almost all the seats were already occupied (free seating) with single person on the 2 seats. We had to split up into different seats instead of being together for the 7 hours journey.
Do Not Ever book with this company again, as they're not bothered with the well being and comfort of the passengers. Absolutely no communications, no updates were provided thru the entire 3 hours wait.
And yes, not even a word of apology was offered to any one of 10+ passengers who waited at the terminal.
