β β β β β I guess they don't have enough staff but putting front office at the other buidling with no phone inside the room it's a bit not user friendly. It causes difficulty for customers reaching out if we have any issues. And yes, it is scary at night.

β β β β β The lobby is dark. The walkway is dark. Both even darker at night with no lights. The bathroom design is weird. The room looks creepy. No improvement since I last stayed here few years back. The management should uplift the hotel environment as I think it's a dull place to stay with the current condition.

β β β β β We had our pleasant stay at D'ocean Marina Island Resort. The staffs are friendly and helpful which certainly make our check-in smooth and breezy. The room is clean and the location of the room is breathtaking as it is facing towards the sea. I can actually look at the sunset scenery which i find it gorgeous, insta worthy location and photogenic scenery. There are several interesting activities such as floating carousel and kayaking to keep us occupied and stay active at the same time.

β β β β β not sure if delivering the iron was the hardest job ??? but I never got mine when requested multiple times for one and waited for hours before check out. the receiptionist also gave excuses that housekeepers was doing the housekeeping job when supposedly priority should be given to the occupied guest room and not to the vacant room.???

β β β β β Room is spacious but looks too empty. The cleanliness is just average got stain on the toilet floor and wall. The corridor before reached to the room is quite scarry maybe due to the design that looks old. Got many types of menu during the breakfast.

β β β β β Very poor accommodation at the so called βresortβ. This place is abandoned and not well managed. Housekeeping is very bad, the room condition was totally not worthy at all. Air conditioner was aged with no maintenance, you could hear the machine noise when youβre sleeping. Shower head was not in good condition, bathroom was covered by water ?? the facilities was not abandoned, swimming pool was like a alga pondβ¦ cycling boat as advertised was not availableβ¦ Was totally a very bad experience here !

β β β β β I rate 4 because nowadays was MCO rate cause the building has been long left without any customer, so the event was still not active at all yet, so it kinda looks quite, but the kayak is still the best... (Edit: and the workers there all friendly )
