★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had issue before. Just recently, they refused to wash my car with reason they don't do normal wash on sunday but will do on monday. They only offer service for water coating wash during i came in. How ridiculous a carwash refuse to do normal wash when a customer already park their car and i'm the only one there and also there is no any single customer was there before or after me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been their regular customer for several months. Suddenly during raya they forced me to do nano wash which I refused. Being a persistent customer, I argued n I managed to get normal wash. Yesterday, I had to pay for waxing (internal) which I DID NOT asked for. It took me more than 1 hour. The worker simply do the waxing without asking. This is very bad. This is my last visit there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only provide water coating wash. You can't get normal wash from this place. It cost RM35 for the "water coating", that's for small car. MPV and above will cost RM50 or so. Should change shop name to Mario Water Coating then. ?
