Since duduk kat kerusi luar,tanya salah sorg staff,xde baby chair ke? Dia jawab ade kat atas pas tu bla mcm tu je..xoffer pun utk ambik ke atau tnye nak ke? Customer service totally out! Tau xcukup staff maybe sbb ramai da kena buang masa pandemic..tp kekurangan staff xblh jadi alasan Customer service teruk..Disappointed!! Won't go here after..this will be the 1st and last?

Since sitting in an outdoor chair, one of the staff asked, where is the baby chair? He answered ade kat on the pass blah mcm tu je..xoffer also to take it or tnye want to go? Customer service totally out! I know xcukup staff maybe sbb many da have to waste time pandemic..tp lack of staff xblh so the reason Customer service is bad..Disappointed !! Won't go here after..this will be the 1st and last?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff cleaning tu rude gile ye.. just now i bring my mom, my daughter and my sister's kids.. she stare at us atas bawah mcm kami hutang die 10juta dollar.. she even mop the floor and hit my stomach without saying sorry at all.. makanan ok, environment ok.. just because of her, turn our mood become unhappy.. klau mkn better mkn kt luar je.. dkt dlm aircond sejuk tp hati panas...
