β β β β β customer service is not up to standard for and experienced and well known FnB services, yes we know its PKPB time...but if ur take-away customer need to wait outside w foodpanda rider with only two chairs and no fan etc...really not convenient for us!!

β β β β β Quite a unique experience. Went here to buy food on 3rd day of raya..almost all the menu were not available. BUT i have to give a thumbsup to their crew member by the name of Farahsyamila (if i'm not mistaken) she was very friendly in entertaining each questions, quite humourous too and was very kind enough to replace fries for mash. Kudos.

Edit: drive through need improvement. Very slow. Counter service need to learn from mcd. After taking customer order. Ask customer to wait aside and take next customer order. Not served until finish then only take the next customer

β β β β β Nice new place. Had dinner here. Ordered the new menu rendang chicken with rice eggs, papadom and sliced cucumber. Looks delicious in the ads but in reality the chicken was cold and hard with really bad presentation. ???. Fried chicken here tasted great. Will consider coming here again. Ample parking nearby.

β β β β β This fastfood restaurant in Tanah Merah, Jitra offers one of the drive thru services that eases you in ordering your food. Obviously with covid cases is still at the worrying state (year 2021), this service is definitely helping the customers. At times, you can see the line of the drive thru stretches long until the traffic lights area. BC (before Covid era), you can dine in there as the place is quite spacious. Kids have their playing area towards the one end side of the restaurant which I believe will be not the that convenient if parents are seated at the available seating area far from that amenity.

β β β β β Bought several times here. The mee curry comes with nugget instead of chicken. So disappointed. Not the first time. Previously the same happened when i order via grab/foodpanda. Some people may tolerate. But, if buy over counter, you should inform customer the chicken are out of stocks.
