★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Since the order have to be placed outside of the premise..the trainee whom take the order not professional at all..take order like mamak place. Marrybrown team please take a look your franchise here. The trainee not focus on your order. I talk to her for 2,3 times and yet still wrong item I received. I think she dont have ear. The manager sitting at the counter like no work. Seriously very bad service here. Boleh dine in tapi bila nak order tak boleh pergi kaunter..manager otak dekat lutut kot..many times also request no drumstick and thigh but all i got for 2 set of 3pc chicken were drumstick and thigh! Adakah smua kru restoran mmg sengaja kena kn customer????!!! This not my first time went to Marrybrown..from melaka to selangor..And i think Marrybroen Kuala Kangsar is the worst Marrybrown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent and faster service compared to my previous visits. It could be due to the reason that I was there right after they opened the place for business for the day or it could be because the service has been upgraded. In conclusion, I left the place as a happy customer.
