★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice very calming mosque for taman tun razak, ampang jaya as well as nearby Muslims neighbors to come here and perform their prayers. Ample parking space. This mosque is beside the jogging area of taman tar and nearby to Golf club Kelab Darul Ehsan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mosque is partially surrounded by nature. It helps your mind and soul to relax with the absent of the traffic noise and eventually helps you to feel closer to the Allah the Al-Mighty when performing Solat or Du'a or even reciting Al- Quran. As I'm writing , the Masjid Taman TAR in the process of major upgrading and hopefully to finish by February 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently not the most eye-pleasing place to solat because of the constructions and also the smell of animal droppings.
But consider that its located beside a forest makes this masjid one of the most peaceful place to visit and rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice sort of secluded green area of KL. Prayer hall air conditioning is nice and cooling. Clean and airy. Car parking is quite limited with new masjid being constructed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funny thing during the first jumaat prayer in the month of ramadan, kids under 12 are not allowed to enter whereas a week before that kids are allowed to pray there. 1st april 2022 marks the first day of endemic in Malaysia and almost all restrictions are lifted off. Yet the restriction came in during endemic. I don't understand why they impose this rule whereas masjid in Wilayah has allowed kids to enter regardless of age. I guess covid invaded kids easier at masjid rather than school maybe.
