Masjid yang asal dibina dengan menggunakan kayu dan dicantikkan dengan ukiran yang indah di sekitar bangunan masjid. Dinding masjid menggunakan dinding 'Janda Berhias'.
Sayang sekali binaan tambahan telah mencacatkan rupa bentuk asal dan ciri-ciri seni bina Terengganu tidak dipadankan dengan baik. ?
Binaan tambahan yang dibina kemudian hanya menyelesaikan maslahat kecil setempat tapi mengabaikan rupabentuk asal san fungsi.
Dinding asal masjid yang mempunyai ukiran kerawang dan berfungsi sebagai laluan udara dari luar maauk ke salam masjid.
Tapi kini telah ditutup lubang kerawang kerana masjid ni dilengkapi aircond. Ini telah merosakkan ciri-ciri binaan dan funsinya sekali
The original building of this mosque was built with architectural features Terengganu Malay architecture.
The original mosque was built using wood and beautified with beautiful carvings around the mosque building. The walls of the mosque use the walls of 'Janda Berhias'.
Unfortunately, the additional construction has tarnished the original appearance and the Terengganu architectural features do not match well. ?
The additional construction that was built later only completed a small local benefit but ignored the original form of the function.
The original wall of the mosque which has an openwork carving and serves as an air passage from outside maauk to the mosque greetings.
But now the filigree hole has been closed because this mosque is equipped with aircond. This has damaged its built-in features and functionality once

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first ever fully wooden mosque I ever seen,it was Friday prayers time and I found this beautiful mosque,the mosque is located at lovely place in front of canal,in Bukit byas,the red carpet flooring is looking awesome in beautiful wooden interior design,from out side it's looks a bit old and not managed place but interior is clean and tidy, wheelchair accessible entrance available but not parking,the wadhu place is small but could be ok,good air conditioning system,sure I will come back if I would around that area.
