Recently, they allow foreigners (muslin) to perform solat there although few gates are still closed due to Covid 19. It’s very near from Georgetown which is a main city or attraction of Penang. It takes around 20 min from Batu Ferenghi which is a island and beaches. I can beautiful places on the earth. If you stay in city or Batu Ferenghi, you can go to this central mosque within 20 min by grab or driving.

An old memories with my late mother (1980's). The architecture of this mosque resembles to Masjid Seri Petaling. Round and spacious. The early Fajr was calm and cool. I wish if the Subuh prayer could be blessed by The Almighty God, it would be my glory...
