★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to give 5 stars. Not for the overall quality, but for the masterpiece of stocking wjatever you may expect fo find in a minimum of space. However take your time, it's like a KL traffic rush and no space to pass those ahead. Just follow the que.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. Monopolies the local market by giving cheap deals. There is absolutely no safety, warn out stairscases leading to 1sr floor. Slippery floors and ramps which is hazardous to customer. Bad maintenance to the building and needless to express about the toilet..

I know, some shopping mall had a little weakness...
Like, parking lot not so many, first floor (floor with had fresh products and grocery) so pack, only little space for us to choose item...
But, I like shopping at Family Store Masjid Tanah, because fish and other sea food so fresh...
And the price is good also...
If expensive because the quality and size...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to do groceries shopping but due to limited space inside and outside, the shopping experience might not be pleasant for everyone. During peak hour 8pm parking is a hard bargain, need to circle the premises a few times before you can get a spot. Otherwise you can park on the road side at your own risk. Groceries have wide selection only that seafoods usually are not fresh. Price can fluctuate from week to week, sometimes 99 speed Mart offer lower price especially for daily consumptions such as rice, sugar, milk, soaps as well as detergent. If you need more space and better shopping experience, you can try family store at sungai udang instead. At top floor, you can find almost every other stuffs than groceries.

2) nice service compare other location family store.
3) just want to complain the toilet is inconvenience , bad smell, dirty.
4) peoples crowded , unable to keep social distance, customer not alert on sop.
5) almost all needs able to find here. Like grocery , stationary, electrical, clothes, hardware and gardening, etc.
