β β β β β Many out of sudden accidents along the platforms, especially during the morning when everyone is rushing to work. We thought using mrt is saving time but now we realise this common sense cannot be used on Malaysiaβs mrt.

β β β β β Took the MRT yesterday from mutiara damansara to bukit bintang. Mistakenly selected MRL instead of SBK and paid for the fare. Discover that there is no such station but a fare for that station exists. Staff at the counter refused to give a refund. What a scam. Also noted the company does not bother about customer satisfaction when providing a service n appears they do not have a quality system.
