★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service very slow. Been here many times, orders take 30mins to an hour plus to complete. Respect the customers' time. Wasted 30 min to an hour waiting for an order is not acceptable
As customers, we want our orders to be done ASAP. Do not promise that order will be ready in 20 mins and after 20 mins, came up with excuses "dishes have to be cooked separately", we need another 10 to 15 mins, and after additional 10 to 15mins, order still not fully ready to be picked up. This is not like a gourmet restaurant where some dishes have to be cooked or stewed in a certain way and take time. Even gourmet restaurants work faster than this place
DAMAGE HAS BEEN DONE. AS A CUSTOMER, I SHALL TAKE MY MONEY AND SPEND IT AT OTHER RESTAURANTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had ordered 4 hours before coming. Had to wait 1 hour for order to be completed before pick up. What is the point or ordering early, will not be coming again. The quality of the food is also not that great.

Cons: open space, a little noisy, cooking time slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere was meh. Good food, but our carbonara took too long to serve. I think the service could've been better, but I understood that it was buka puasa time so things may have gotten a little busy. All in all it was an okay place. There might be better times to visit, I dunno. Oh but the one uncle server was kind, he chatted with us while we were waiting for food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to wait over an hour for a lamb chop and all i get is a plate of disappointment. The foods are overprice and didn't taste that good. Mash potato are not fresh and the sauce taste weird. Definitely NOT going there anymore

Chicken chop - bolehlah. Takdelah wow sangat but the price wise is quite okay lah. The chickens are too thin, but the portion for the chicken is nice. Salad sikit sangat, maybe sebab I take away kot.
Kueytiaow kungfu - the soup is sour. Okay lah sedap... Soup ada sotong, ayam ketul, tomato, carrot, bawang... Okay lah tapi mahal for me.
