Finally I found this shop in imbi plaza on my way back, Irfan gave me hope and confidently said my ssd card can be recover ?.. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost connection to all data on my SDS due to a controller chip fail and neither our corporate IT or the laptop manufacturer could help. In all honesty it's not their specialty. But Irfan did a fantastic job and we retrieved 100% of the data which is now back where it belongs. Highly recommend

Actually he recovered my data and repaired my hard disc. I highly recommend this shop. Thanks for reasonable price and great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam Alert !!! Background : my new portable IOS hardisk stop reading after I connected to a windows PC to transfer files. Most hardisk data recovery shops are charging RM1.8k - RM2k (refundable if they failed to retrieve data). I read the good comments (likely fake comments posted by his buddies) and went to this shop. Apparently he was using the address of the shop opposite his tiny shoplot.
Red Alert 1- Saw a lady asking when she can get back her hardisk and he gave many reasons that it is still in progress. Owner said for my case, it will cost me RM2.2k for the job (Red Alert 2: he probably will pass my hardisk to other shops to fix and earn the RM200-400 for being middle person). I asked if it can be cheaper because RM2.2k is outside my budget and will not proceed and noting so many good comments written in google and Facebook charging much lower cost Eg RM500-700. Then he changed his story (Red Alert 3) and said he has to spend time to retrieve data and needs a non-refundable RM300 for this RM800 job. I agreed. After 2-3 weeks I contacted him via WhatsApp he didn’t reply, I phoned him 8-10 times also no pick up my phone calls. I went straight to his shop and found the shop closed. I asked the opposite shop where is the guy and they said he has not come to work for more than 1 month and no idea where his whereabout. I told them I just need to take back my harddisk if he can’t fix it and surprisingly, the guys have keys to his tiny shoplot. One of the guy was kind enough to open the shop and we looked for my harddisk. We found my harddisk but the workable spare parts was removed. But the screws of the entire hardisk appears to be not opened - meaning he didn’t work on my hardisk. I lose RM300 but happily got back my hardisk. The colleague of the guy seems unhappy because his teammate opened the door for me to retrieve my hardisk - they spoke foreign language I did not understand. So I took my hardisk and pass to other shop in Pavillion that promise a refundable fee (RM1000 as deposit) if they can’t retrieve my data from my hardisk. They tried and failed , I got my RM1000 back. Lessons learnt : Matrix Data is a con man, please avoid this shop at any cost !!! He will go missing after a few months and change shop/ location. If you read some comments in google and Facebook there are victims like me. I think many didn’t bother to leave a comments. It took me 2 years to write this bad experience.
