β β β β β Very old building for a very important associaton. The location is also not the best, away from the city centre in a very congested area. Parking very limited as well.

β β β β β Idiotic female employee parked in front of my sister's car and refused to move her car until we forced her to move it. Bear in mind, there were several empty parking spaces for her to park. Rude, inconsiderate and selfish.

β β β β β This place doesn't even care about its member that much... From what I've known, the Finance Department are totally unprofessional in doing their work... How can you be an accountant but you don't even know the basic of accounts. Even a cashier knows to double check their works so that they won't be held accountable for any mistakes... The department that really helps with anything is the Membership Department itself and that says a lot...

β β β β β Year after year havnt you guy learnt that pwtc is the worst exhibition hall to host your matta fair. Not only is area is traffic jam infested but its the cause of the jam. Parking is limited, took me half an hour to get into parking then 1hr to find a parking, not joking. Venue is old and smelly. So much booth so little space.. Walking in the fair is constant hushing, hasseling, shovelling. How can anyone think or decide anything when there are constantly ppl rubbing around you. I cant imagine what happens if fire breaks out. And i dont understand why vendor must have the customer to go there in order to get the special deal. The experience is horrible, that the reason why i never went back to matta fair after my first experience 20years ago. And i dont see anything have change since then.
Matta fair is getting bigger year after year.. But the venue is not.

When reported, MATTA response is "why you so gullible?"
While scammers continue to thrive under their protection, MATTA continue to make big bucks on the entrance and concession fees.
