★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kejiranan melayu. sangat selamat untuk student. cuma banyak ooo cicak. lif klu nasib xbaik rosak tp cepat je diaorg baiki. mostly aku suka duk sini btahun jugak. security pn okay, cuma first day pindah dh kena clamp kete salah parking. melayang rm50 aku byr kt guard.
Malay neighborhood. very safe for students. just a lot of ooo lizards. elevator klu luck xbaik damaged tp fast je diaorg good. mostly I like to stay here for years too. security pn okay, just the first day moved dh got clamped kete wrong parking. drift rm50 I byr kt guard.

Ample parking space even for visitors during the day.
Clean enviroment and quiet area if not for the DUKE hiway just beside the apartment.
