I went here today..must say all these 3workers need to brush up on their customer skills..my sim card is very old but it's still active..!I had checked before going!the Malay customer service checked on her computer..not sure what she pressed ..then tells me..it's not active!No apology no nothing even after realising her mistake!Poor customer service!

Very rude customer service. Rudely reply to customer question. Poor service. Very bad experience going there. No sense of helping eventho simple question been asked. Highly not recommended. Go to other telco/dealer pls. Waste your time here. Honest review.
