β β β β β Very poor service. Waited for 1 hour outside the shop. We came here 2 times to change the ownership for the number. I was just wanting to confirm wether it is changed so that I don't have to come back for the 3rd time. The staff (guy, taller and fatter than me) ask me what is my problem and threatened me, saying they are standing for long hours too (well, in air conditioned room). He is not even scared of customer complain. I guess the management support rude customer service here

β β β β β Bad Experience that has resulted in multiple phone calls with Customer Service, Maxis Collections, and having to go to the center to resolve an issue created by their Maxis staff ... yet still not resolved until today.

β β β β β Please have some sense to provide chairs for your staff who are working for 8 hours while standing, and there are also elderly customers who walk in to centre, they too need chairs to sit! Don't lose ethics while trying to modernise or organise your centres!

β β β β β When subscribing their service it will only take 30 mins or less to activate but when request to terminate a service it will take 5 days although its been 7 days already no $hit done still. I will still be asked to pay for the day i'm not even using their service just because this A******* will take their sweet time do their actual work
