★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We actually signed up a plan here, the staff is helpful la but a bit funny also because we planned to sign up a plan to get a new phone as it seems like my dad's phone couldn't function with the sim card. But the guy didn't actually get it and just tell us the sim card is okay, he helped to to check and all, he didn't push us to get a new phone also lol, very not hard sell type comparing to staff in other outlet. Anyway, it's overall a good experience here.

5 star for "Kartiga"
0 star for "kina" or whatever-her-name-is
After going to this maxis center a second time, apparently the only staff with an attitude and loud mouth there was a girl name "kina" or something. She has single handedly soil the name of maxis through her very bad and vulgar attitude. Maxis should put her through customer service skills training for at least 6 months before they decide to keep her.
However, it was a different experience when "Kartiga" come to serve. Kartiga professionally attended to customer's request and shown high level customer handling skills. She was very pleasant and very calming to be around with. We can feel her genuine attention towards solving customer's issues, unlike any other staffs in the facility.
Kudos to Kartiga for your great service today, you deserve a big bonus for your service more than anyone there and I wish you all the best in your future endeavour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been having SIM card problem for more than a week & I couldn’t change my SIM card because my thumbprint was not readable by most of the scan used in other centre. Here the Indian security guard did it for me with ease through ATM-like machine.

inside the shop, were 5-6 of them act like busy with no any customer and the customer need to wait outside.
the is really good sop, good service provided..!!!
