★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is superb if you know what to ask, and they'll give you more than what you need when you ask the right question, as for me, my family has been a long time Maxis user since early 2000, and we considered as their regular customer, the staff is friendly enough to make you feel comfortable, plus this centre is in Aeon Mall Taiping, what could go wrong.

No one approach to me.
Took a while to get attention
They were Busy talking among colleagues.
Very important to be service attentive in this service industry.
Please do brush on that.
Lack of training and coaching I guess.
