โ โ โ โ โ These guys did what maxis centres in Sunway pyramid, setia mall, Bukit tinggi Klang and customer service could not do. Done and dusted within half an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable staffs. Keep it up guys

โ โ โ โ โ I went in for help with my SD card and all 3 of the staff immediately greeted/helped me although I thought it won't be their job to do so. I am very impressed with their pleasant and warm welcome smile till the moment i left the shop. We rarely see such friendly and satisfactory service anymore. Keep up the smiles and Im pretty sure you will have more customers! Bravo to the staff, namely the young Malay lady, the young Chinese man, both behind the service counter and the Manager, I presume.

โ โ โ โ โ friendly staffs but very inexperienced. Been here on 13th and 14th Nov they still couldn't tell what's wrong with signing up a new phone and keep blaming their dealer system issue only, no solutions or advice provided like what plan you should go for or minimum requirement, straight away asked me to pay RM1500 advance payment and I've waited almost 2 hours they refund the money to me and said sorry cannot sign a new phone, they dont know what's wrong.
So I've stood there for 2 hours for nothing. This is not the first time and keep saying that they are only dealer shop, have different system... Ya so its my fault to visit here.
