β β β β β I must compliment the kind Malay lady who served us just now. When the other staffs couldnβt help us further, she took the hassle to try my elderlyβs new sim with her phone see if itβs workable. Turned out itβs really my elderlyβs phone problem. At first I was served by another Chinese guy but he actually told me to go back to another Maxie Center just to enquire them see whatβs the problem. Heβs polite but that malay lady is far beyond polite and very very kind to have help us find out our issue. Not many staffs are willing to do this. We went to many maxis outlets and this is the first time we are serve by someone whoβs really helpful and kind. Kudos to the Malay lady who served us around 16:37 today. She deserves a pay-raise. :D
