β β β β β Worst experience at the service here. Planning to sign a contract with the phone with them. On the first day (17-9-2019) they told me our of stock but they told me that it will reorder and restock tomorrow (18-9-2019).
I get their phone to double confirm if the phone reached there, can contact us to take it. I had call them 2- time to confirm about the phone , and the told me that the phoned reached and call us go the sign the package. But when we reached the place they say due to their delivery partner problem and HQ problem (they took the wrong phone) so to day cant get it. I worry why the staff told me the phone reached even the phone haven't reached yet? Who is responsible to pay the time and force that we consume purposely just for that phone. I hope Maxis can take care of this kind of problem to protect the customer, not just let the stuff thinks just small problem!!!!
