★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before arriving, phone called made to ensure the phone I wanted is available as I am taking on a 24 months contract. Que at this shop total an hour (understand is sop) , when I was told that in order to purchase the phone with contract, I am "FORCED" to purchase an add on accessories which not stated in maxis advertisement. Made some calls to maxis to verify is such requirement and was told "NO" , " sir you can just walk in and purchase the phone without buying any accessories".
This shop also claims that all maxis shop/center are the same in order to purchase the phone.. without hesitation I made few calls to other branches and they reply me "NO" and I can just purchase it without any accessories.
Wasting an hour standing there at the end was told with such requirement that maxis themself not aware. Lastly... Very disappointed with maxis on how you deal with your dealers... Day light robbery your customers...
1star also this shop doesn't deserve due to false marketing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been at this centre in multiple occasion and I really hated the experience. One of the staff is really rude, short-tempered and bitter, he left the counter before my sentence finished, then came back telling me I have to go to the maxis main centre. When I asked why my line is inactivated he rolled his eyes at me before I can finish! terribly rude! I was only there for one minute, yet this staff managed to make me angry. You are getting paid to help the customers not standing there and giving people attitude! I suggest you straight go to the maxis main centre if you have problem with your line because not only Waterfront centre is unhelpful, their staff is really disrespectful too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was forced to purchase the screen protector at RM99 in order for me to purchase their phone. I refused to buy the screen protector at that price and end up they refused to sell me the phone. By the way, they charged 3% credit card fee.
If you want to buy any phone, I highly recommend you to go to Subang Parade branch, they wont force you to buy add on accessories, and they dont charge 3% credit card fee, infact they even have 0% installment for selected credit card user.
