★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt the staff is very friendly, but quotation could not be ready even after 1 week (7 days) is very disappointing. Customer service need to be improved as I need to follow up few times before getting the "quotation no ready" respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend anyone to approach or contact this Printing Service. i have contact 1 of their staff regarding a banner, price was quoted and waiting for their artwork confirmation as he said will send me a artwork confirmation. 2 days later havent receive anything, messaged and ask for update and they said their phone went to repair and all data was lost. After that, ask me to SS the messages and i did and they just left me hanging again. Poor Customer Service, Bad response.
