โ โ โ โ โ Staff is good at explaining the ways to deal with the newly straightened hair. Very kind and patience at solving my hair problem. High recommended as after service was good. Will definitely revisit this place.

โ โ โ โ โ My mum was regular customer here. One of the hairstylist perm her short hair for RM200 but 2 days later after wash it was not in shape, it turns out flat and messy. My mum went back to the shop on the next day, the person who attended her was on leave then the boss told my mum only that particular stylist can attend to her issue, no one else! Excuse me? Is this how u treat your customer? My mum already reached your door step and u asked her to leave with this kind of ridiculous reason. My mum returned then went back on the second day but that hairstylist still on leave and she was told to leave again! What the hell is this? Other staff and including the lady boss are not responsible at all! I don't care what is the policy of your shop, your job is to solve my problem, but even the lady boss also asked my mum to come on the next day?? again!!! And again, my mum went again for the third time, the hairstylist that did her hair was there. U know what? She sprayed water on her hair and the hair show curl then it considered she has done her job, so she doesn't need to responsible for it. Come on! The hair is out of shape and messy. This is totally absurd and terrible! They don't worth even one star! Most terrible customer service I ever encountered???

โ โ โ โ โ This is my first time went here today to have a haircut and I love the way they served me. Very friendly. I beyond happy with the good service.
I don't who is she name , but she understand the hairstyle I desired. Also, very professional. She explained what her will do on my hair and the outcome is very good. Definitely will come again soon. Colour and cutting skill Highly recommended.
