★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company Melayu penipu. Payment kita dah bayar 90%, rumah masih tak siap2 berbulan2 hampir setahun. Ye, bukan calang2 delay dia. Kontraktor bertukar2, call En Ubai tak angkat, Whatsapp pun ambil mudah. Customer mana yang tak naik angin 90% tu dah bayar, tiles tak habis pasang lagi, pintu tingkap takde lagi, lampu pun takde lagi. Kontraktor pun taknak sambung kerja sebab HQ tahan duit. Tinggal mcm tu je barang2 dekat site. Pecah, hilang pun dorang lantak kan sahaja. Aku tak faham betul. Duit laju shj nak, kerja tak siap.

Contractors exchanged, Mr. Ubai's call was not answered, Whatsapp was taken lightly. Which customer is not up to 90% of the wind has already paid, the tiles are not finished installing anymore, the doors and windows are no more, the lights are no more. The contractor also does not want to continue working because HQ holds money. Stay mcm tu je barang2 near the site. It's broken, it's gone, it's just gone. I don't really understand. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, provide bad and super slow service once payment been made. In the early stage before payment made, they will assist from a to z, regardless the timing and fast service. But once first payment made, they will slowly not replying and very slow service. In the beginning claimed the renovation can be done in just less than 5 months, then dragged to 6, 7 to 8 months. Their workers keep on being absence from work, very unethical. They even changed the date from agreement signed and claimed it started 3 months later than the date from the first time agreement signed. Manipulative, full of deceivers company !
