And there is always no any maybank staff to answer the phone. Always !!! This is the 06 761 1500, how come a bank can do this such bad service , no one answer the phone ?
Shame of you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Kamal (who refused to give full name) was very unprofessional, inefficient, irresponsible and rude.
Thing supposed to be settled by October and now (end of Dec) only I was being asked to visit a branch and sign documents ASAP. Pls note that I was the one who keep calling to follow up during these months, no courtesy or follow-up call from the bank at all.
He said it's not his fault because he's doing all the job alone, so Maybank, please hire more reliable and USEFUL human resources.
When I asked him about the opening hour (which could have changed during this pandemic time) and exact address of a branch, he said I would have known if I were to "Google" it by myself.
Mr Kamal is definitely the worst officer that I have ever dealt with by far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever coupled with rude staff on call. During this MCO time, staffs working takes great advantage. They don’t tend to schedule your appointment via call as they don’t allow walk ins during MCO. Okay fine with the current SOP. What about appointment online? See proof attached, all the dates almost 2 weeks from my booking date blanked and I can’t submit further. I need Maybank management to look into this immediately and revert for solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad .. Foreign schools need to get a bank balance information so in monday 5oct I go bank she say can’t today ambil the letter by today paling cepat in 6 oct she will call me , in 6oct I go another branch do the letter in 5min finish??…. Then until now 10oct I still didn’t get a call
