The staff in front of the counter is very arrogant and x friendly especially the men ask maybank bank to observe their staff tq !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PROS- Berurusan disebabkan masalah link antara Maybank Card dan Tabung Haji. Tidak sempat masuk, pegawai bertugas sudah keluar membantu di luar premis hingga membuat percubaan di ATM machine. Beberapa pegawai lain turut membantu walaupun tidak dapat menyelesaikan masaalah tetapi mereka cuba untuk membantu saya. Pemantaun dan perlaksanaan Covid di jalankan dengan baik. Kemas, mesra dan bersikap profesional.
CONS-Diharap pegawai bertugas memakai sebarang lencana atau tag untuk membezakan pihak Maybank atau orang awam lain.
Harap dapat ditampal sebarang notice jika premis tutup atau maklum di media sosial @FB @ dll.
PROS- Dealing due to link problems between Maybank Card and Tabung Haji. Not having time to enter, the officer on duty went out to help outside the premises to make an attempt at the ATM machine. Several other officers also helped even though they could not solve the problem but they tried to help me. Covid monitoring and implementation is well underway. Neat, friendly and professional.
CONS-It is hoped that officers on duty wear any badges or tags to distinguish Maybank or other members of the public.
Please be able to post any notice if the premise is closed or notice on social media @FB @ etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It got ATMs, CDMs and cheque deposit machine. The machines outside are good enough for your basic banking needs. However if you have to enter the bank, pray first so that god will help you because the reception lady is very rude. One of the reasons why we moved our business to RHB.
