★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bad experience with their services. After I get the number, they said to wait upstairs, so I wait for 1 hour and my number still not being called. I went to counter and ask the staff. They said the staff in charge was in holiday and no replacement staff. What??? Can we accept this excuses?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The banking service runs smoothly most of the times, but it could be improved if the receptionist was friendlier instead of a grump. The security is pretty good, but there are rooms on improvement as well. Generally, citizens should also learn not to litter around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a loyal account holder here for at least 35 yrs. Average quality service provided except by the front desk ladies who try their best. Expect some waiting at the service counter. Parking space is limited n you may have to park by the main road n take the risk of a summons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I entered the bank, I felt like i was in 1980s service station. 4 counters, only one counter was manned. I just went there to get a new bank card. I got a bank card that was ridiculously ugly. I didn't not block my older card basically just change to new card. I was still charged RM12. And then the cashier can pretend to forget to give receipt for my transaction. I parked uphill and had to walk for minimum 8 minutes to the bank, as there is no parking available. Expect minimum waiting time 20 minutes... Enter the bank, it is so crowded. And then got people in the bank so free, I am already holding a number, asking me what I am there for. I think nowdays govt dept oso faster than Maybank. Please provide proper service, if not better shut down la...
