My loan was from Mayban Pilau Tikus Branch.
I would like to thank Ms Zuliana (ASB) for her kind time and services.She was very professional,polite and very patience in her work and assisted me in my accounts.
I hope Maybank will have more of her banking services..

Now that I’m visiting for the third time because my account is literally not activated after opening a new one.
Conclusion: This is the last branch ever you wanted to visit in Earth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same like others, i would NOT RECOMMEND this branch if you need do conduct any transaction. (other than ATM/Cash Deposit)
Car Park may be limitted and need to park a distance away if you dont mind for a walk or else go very early in the morning.
Understand the operation hours might be affected by MCO/MCO2.0, but only handful of staff that are available to serve you, and speed of work is similiar like government officer.....they may walk here walk there (ke sana ke sini), looking at the computer screen, pretend to be so busy but will not call your number....dissapointing.

After the bank staff understood my situation and checked the evidence, they immediately helped me replace my debit card and update my bank account. Within two months, I realised the lost money was successfully recovered. Thank you for your effective action. Thank you for the wonderful help.
