There are two particular staffs will be enquiring badly "WHY DO YOU NEED ANOTHER ACCOUNT"!! Staffs with poor ethics, unclear about bank products - account opening and closing! They do not deserve for a even STAR!!
S	Simon SS Lau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a strategically located brank of Maybank group. It has a well equipment ATM room with several machines for both cash deposit and withdrawal. So far we have not experience machine run out of service here.Our experience here so far is positive. When our debit cards were upgraded to the new pin system several years ago, we came here. The staff are courteous and helpful. Parking is usually difficult here but we came early before peak hours and manage to park right in front.

Arrived on time but made me waited for 40 minutes although some counters were empty. Now I'm still waiting. When its my turn, got to explain my needs to the staff and staff is helpful to solve my problem. Gota give 5 star to the service, just s little disappointed as had to wait too long even though I had made online appointment.
