i need to apply car mortgage loan moratorium, at first i called 2838922 but no answer, then i remember my loan agent - Ms. Connie Chan, she helped me by easy guide of login Maybank 2u, then the moratorium is solved, just find the covid assistance & mortgage loan icon.

staff at room no 7 & 8 is very rude and no sense of respect at first floor. They don't know how to talk in a good manner way to customer. So rude. Please improve your staff service especially room no 8 . THANKSSSS !!!!!!

Terrible bank to open an account, waiting for 2 persons in front need more than one and a half hours ++. Terrible efficiency, should have closed the counters for good; just leave the customer service front desk 's personnels and ATMs downstairs, customer service there was an especially helpful lady named Ruby who are so efficient. Please improve to save suffering for customers and Maybank's reputation:) ps 4 stars because of Ruby's help while opening acc.

Went to Maybank Auto Finance Melaka in Melaka Raya just to create a personal account, got a very poor customer service from the staff at counter 10, yelled at his customer and having an unacceptable working attitude.

Staff at counter 10 has a very poor customer service. Not only he talked rudely to the customers, he also yelled unreasonably. Having no sense of respect and integrity in his job and to the customers. Being outrageous and all, I suggest taking action on the staff and spend your funds in training your staffs for a better customer service for the sake of the customers.
