★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better Maybank branches around the area. For a quick transaction, just double park the car outside the bank. Somehow either by coincidence or on purpose, they had made the road area wider just in front of the bank. This bank branch has quite many ATMs inside, with also cash deposit and check deposit machines, so queues are relatively shorter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff . The male officer in coin room "educated" me for a small mistake made by me unwillingly. He seem lack of manner and patience . You can expect to wait up to 2 hours if you want to bank load of cash .Try to avoid this branch is possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I called at 11am before coming to bank to deposit coin. They said machine is working condition. Then I said I am coming. But, they didn't mentioned about machine is already full. They will clear the machine in the evening (why not clear it immediately when it's full). I wasted time and energy carrying my loads of coins. Also to add on, Maybank Usj branch coin deposit machine is not working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow service in the 1st floor. Out 7 counters only 3 counter were operating. Waited for more than 1hour for my turn. 1 star only for service. Lower floor staffs are super friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied for new credit card here. Staff said it will take 2 weeks but no update even after 3 weeks passes. Called to follow-up and they said they’ll get back to me after checking but no update whatsoever. The most unprofessional and lousy bank I’ve ever been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visit this place today. Very terrible service provided by the staff in this branch. No parking space. Had to double park. They also deny service to me because I Am using a passport. Last time I was here to get a replacement card a nice gentle chap said "no worries, Mycard and passport are the same it both can identify our costumer both are acceptable in our branch" and proceed to take a photostat of my passport and process my application.i also called service center before coming in today. but today i had to meet assistant manager Ms.Chan and the said they can only use accept mycard as proof of identification. She provided no remedy for my problem. discriminate me because of my nationality.
