β β β β β I was there around 9:25, 10min after bank was opened and was attended after 20min. There are 5 service desks but only 2 are attending physical customers (one constantly the phone). Once attended, it went fast. I was out at 10am.

Make appointment at 10am to only change my debit card, but wait for 1 hour still cannot serve me even there weren't many customers, saw only 2 or 3 people inside. Seen staffs are keep talking with each other without any urgency. In the end, can't settle my things and went off to another branch....

β β β β β I made an appointment via EzyQ in the Maybank app, and completed my two different transactions at two different floors within 20 minutes.
The staff were polite and professional. Overall, good customer service.

β β β β β Went there today to open ASB account. All staff from the security guard, to registration counter, to pic at the counter were so kind and helpful! Didnβt have the opportunity to thank them properly as I was rushing for meeting but I really appreciate the good service!! Thank you very much <3

β β β β β What is the point of asking to make appointment and asking the customer to arrive 10 mins ahead of appointment time when no one is working at the counter. No customers. The only person working was the customer service lady that asked me to fill up the form. Then wait for half hour. Real awesome service.
