★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The officer in charge of giving out the numbers stated that I will be able to withdraw from ASNB account and to bank into my wife's Maybank account.Having waited a long time for the number to be called up I was informed that I will not be able to withdraw from the ASNB account as I am not a Maybank account holder and the amount limit is only rm25000.
What I want to know as to why I was not allowed to withdraw money from my ASNB account just because I do not have a Maybank account or am I misinformed?
Why are the bank officers giving wrong information and let us wait long for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of CDM and ATM machine. Easy to deposit or withdraw money. Parking is another issue, people there just simply park their car like their father road and caused traffic congestion all the time. Advise park far a bit. A lot parking space if we willing to walk. Beside is public bank. Customer service was great, friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend found out his ATM card had expired while at the cashiers of Aeon. Went to the nearest MBB in Taman Equine. When there got told since he didn't have an appointment, he would have to wait an hour and a half to get a replacement card..... Ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you call the customer service, they ask you to book an EAZYQ appointment. However once you arrive at the bank, you have to stand in a generalised queue again. So even though you have an appointment time it’s pretty useless. What a waste of time. May as well just show up without booking an appointment cos they don’t honour it. This is a very busy bank - so either come early or later in the afternoon.

Daily operation 8 counters opening but it's taking avg 15 minutes to serve a customer.. I just want to change my expired debit card but waited over an hour.
