Staff bahagian semak status cek sangaaatttt menyakitkan hati,layanan amat tidak memuaskan..cakap lebih kurang..sebagai org bertanggungjawab harus tahu status cek yang masih tidak dapat diproses. Kami sbg pelanggan mahu jawapan yang terang dan jelas bukan bagi jawapan TAK TAHU! Cek urgent utk dibayar kpd supplier syarikat. Tolong ambil tindakan sewajarnya.
The staff of the check-in-check section is very annoying, the service is very unsatisfactory..it says more ... as a responsible person should know the status of the check is still not processing. We as customers want a clear and clear answer not for a NO answer! Urgent checks are paid to the supplier of the company. Please take appropriate action.

Bila sampai Maybank suruh set appointment guna ezq..bila masuk ezq cawangan gurun takde...bila tanya staff kena halau balik mcm tu je , suruh dtg lain..aku dh 3 kali mai .. klau mak bapa staff Maybank gurun kena halau mcm tu apa korang rasa?
When I arrived at Maybank, I told them to set an appointment to use ezq..when I entered the ezq desert branch, I didn't ... when I asked the staff to be chased back like that, I told them to come again..I did it 3 times .. I said the parents of the Maybank desert staff had to be chased away what do you think

Service utk mendapatkan appointment di luar pintu masuk sgt tidak memuaskan..staff tidak sepatutunya bertanyakan soalan peribadi yg sensitive bagi setiap individu seperti menghina..harap pihak manegement dapat melatih staff dlm hidang customer service..
Service to get an appointment outside the entrance is very unsatisfactory..staff should not ask sensitive personal questions for each individual such as insulting..hope the management can train staff in customer service ..

staf perempuan kt kaunter tu sebelum tgok jumlah duit aku cakap kasar @ lebih kurang je, lps tgok duit dlm acc asb aku ( dri duit faraid) terus ckp elok2 siap nk jual plan dia lg. eh perempuan aku x perlu plan pakej hibah ko tu pun bapak aku dh tinggal duit byk kt aku. ko dgn keje kerani cabuk tu blh blah. yg perempuan melayu tu yg kasar jaga kaunter pengeluaran asb tingkat ats

Too slow in their service. I bank in the cheque on Sunday 330pm. They suppose to clear the cheque latest by Monday. Today is Wednesday and I still unable to get the cheque amount. Other branches usually today bank in the next day process. They are really too SLOW
