โ โ โ โ โ You know what spoils my day the most? A terrible customer service. Please train all your staff including "the pak guard" a proper way to serve the customers. my god, I am very much uncomfortable dealing with maybank bahau staff ?

โ โ โ โ โ We were dealing with the most rude person called financial advisor, ms.Gan. you work with a big organization with your rude attitude. It doesn't matter how busy you are,yelling here telling you are busy is the most un professional way. Shame on you maybank bahau for this kind of staff attitude

โ โ โ โ โ imagine going all the way out to Bahau to find out bank is closed early 3.00pm still. its not even PKP anymore, why is the bank business hour still regulated?!? if come in morning, be ready to wait a long line if not using ezQ ?

โ โ โ โ โ Probably the worst bank service ever. This bank has an appointment based service . I went there 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time which was at 12.30pm. I was given a number to wait for my turn. But to my surprise people who came after me was entertained and the number system was not even working. When I asked them about my turn they said that they only have 1 person I charged of opening new bank account. That one person was entertaining 1 customer for more than an hour. My appointment was at 12.30 and till 1.30 I was not even entertained. Maybank please do something about your system !!!!!!!!!!this is sick man
