Service out, call 10 times, never pick up.. if you get a call, refer to HQ, problem is not settled.. bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service dah buat appointment but still kena tunggu no giliran, takda function buat online appointment. Pastu bila dah attend, mintak suh tanya kat counter depan balik. Then kena halau pergi maybank main pulak dkt taman kerang.. sbb alasan tak pandai buat utk link maybank2u dgn mae.. bad service betul dah la layan org pun lebih kurang ??????
Poor service has made an appointment but still has to wait for no turn, no function for online appointment. Then when you attend, ask at the front counter and back. Then I had to go to Maybank to play at Taman Kerang .. that's the reason I'm not good at linking Maybank2u with Mae .. bad service, it's true, he serves people more or less ??????
