Padahal orang lain sekejap jee. Dah buat appointment and xde orang lain pon still LEMBAB. Please hormat masa orang lain. Bukan satu hari nk duduk dekat bank tu je. And staff kt situ macam xde training langsung. Semua bnda x tahu. Maybank please cari orang yang betul2 layak jee kerja kt situ bukan main amik sapa2 jee. Semua bnda x tahu pastu kene panggil staff lain suruh tolong buatkan.... Bank paling lembab (KAUNTER 15). Tq.
Maybank is the worst. I want to open an amik account in almost two hours. Sbb had to wait for him to do another job. Please settle for one job first. Pastu bg reason line xde. Even though other people are a moment jee. Already made an appointment and xde other people pon still LEMBAB. Please respect other people's time. Not one day to sit near the bank. And staff kt situ kind of xde direct training. Everyone knows. Maybank, please look for the right person who is qualified to work there, not to play with anyone. All the people who know must be here, call the other staff and tell them to please make it .... The bank is the slowest (COUNTER 15). Tq.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless customer service and uninformed staff sitting at the counter. This branch does not know how to treat customers with their cold attitude. Special mention to Mr. Mohd Salmi who asked for originals of documents which don't exist for opening an account and not getting back on the account opening status.

Second time here on same process after advice from 1st visit on incomplete docs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually is not only ATM service you can get here. The bank consist of two level for the multifunction costomer service. The ground floor providing multiple atm services with personal counter service and the second floor is open service counter.
