β β β β β No option to review Maybank Tower so I'm reviewing here. Sorry, Maybank KL. Maybe you can let Maybank Tower know.
I used the M2U to order food from their Sama-Sama Lokal for the first time. I chose the first restaurant on the list. The La La Move rider rider kindly informed me (thanks ?) that people told her that the restaurant went out of business a long time ago.
First and last time I'm using the M2U to buy food. Sama-Sama Lokal? More like Samar-Samar Lokal. ?

Toilets available at carpark.
Escalator to GF main entrance, security guard is helpful in pointing directions. Going through escalator to 1F for coins collection machine.
Spacious hall with 30 counters fulfilled with S.O.P
Go to the coin collector machine, press A for Bahasa, B for English.
Pour your coins wait for it to count, check the rejected coins room collect back your coins and repour to the tray.
Wait for it to count, finalise press A. Wait for receipt, go to the counter and take your queue number.
Fill in details of your personal account (maybank) ic phone number.
Wait.
Done.

β β β β β Faiza is very rude, and doesnβt assist to help at all. I tried to call many times and she refuses my calls. When she does answer she is rude and keeps laughing. We are suffering financially and she does not care at all, even when we tell her to deduct funds. She needs to relearn how to be a kinder human being.

β β β β β Went here for ASB withdrawal. Facilities was great, huge place to park my car, friendly staff but limited counter was open. There's room for improvement.

β β β β β The level of incompetence at the 2 branches (PJ State & KLCC) is just appalling. Went to the Maybank PJ State (new town) to ask whether I can close my checking (51419655XXXX) & trading account at any branch or it must be at βhome branch onlyβ. I was informed that with finger print to verify with IC, all account closing can be at any branch these days. Thus I went to the Maybank KLCC to close my 2 accounts, but was informed that only the checking account can be closed whereas the trading account must be at home branch only. I surrendered my left-over cheque book to the Maybank KLCC & was issued a Bank Draft (088244) to remit all balance, assuming that these 2 transactions would entirely close my checking account. To my surprise, 3 days later, my checking account was still active (or not closed). I then went to Maybank MARC Residence KL only to find out FINALLY that closing of checking account can only be done at home branch, period. Providing incorrect information to customer is very unprofessional & unacceptable, which made me running around like a βheadless chickenβ, wasting all my time. Instead of getting it done within a day, I wasted 3 days to get both accounts closed finally for good. Will never ever recommend Maybank to anyone anymore, period.

β β β β β I had appointment at 2:40pm, today 04/02/2022 Maybank KL Main Branch at Maybank Tower.
I would like to make complain about the front desk staff who supposedly to provide the ticket number.
I went to her saying I would like to get a number to open account and I have provided all the documents required (Letter from University, Tenancy Agreement & Electricity Bills) as I asked previously from the Maybank staff in Ampang Point Branch.
However, she said I have to fill up new form and she asked for the University letter and Marriage Certificate which does not makes sense to me as no officer asked for the marriage certificate to open account as I have the student visa. I told her I will not give her my marriage certificate as the previous staff in Ampang Point branch, they only required for Letter from University, Tenancy Agreement and Electricity Bill.
She is so racist when she knows I am married to a Malaysian. She is not polite and not helpful at all. She informed me that the application will take 5 to 14 days for verification.
So, I told her I would like to cancel the application and asked for my University letter back and she shredded the other application letters.
this staff which a woman between 30 years old above and wearing spectacle and working in the front desk at Maybank KL Main Branch, Maybank Tower. Her attitude is reflecting bad image of Maybank.

β β β β β Your secure2u is ridiculous. It makes my 1 min task becomes 5 minutes. Need to deregister and re-register everytime I want to transfer to a new account? For some people, transferring to new accounts is a daily task. There are many ways you could do to ensure secure transfer without troubling your customers. This is a good way to get rid of your existing customers.

because have not get any phone call and email notifications and suddenly get these letters without any call.
