β β β β β Now is 9.28am, but bank yet open. Everyone is long que at corridor. Please dont double park, do some exercise, have a walk opposite of Maybank, there is an open air car park. DONT LAZY WALKING

β β β β β other than having problem to open this premise on time as mentioned by one of the reviewers, this one branch also does close early, the notice at the entrance mentioned operating hour up to 4 pm on friday but when i came, it is already close and its not yet 4 pm. i know with the recession and all, the business will be slower but it does not mean the operating hour should be cut shorter

β β β β β THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. THE STAFFS HAVE ZERO MANNERS AND PROFESSIONALISM.
I CAME YESTERDAY TO GET MYSELF A NEW ATM CARD ONLY TO KNOW THAT I HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FIRST. THE STAFF DID NOT ASSIST ME AT ALL AND I HAVE TO READ THE MANUAL FROM THE SITE BOOKED MY APPOINTMENT MYSELF.
THE NEXT DAY (TODAY), ONE OF THE STAFF STAND THERE IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE. I TOLD HIM I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT; WITH A IRRITATING TONE, THE STAFF SAID THE BRANCH IS CLOSED DUE TO A POSITIVE CASE REPORTED, THEREFORE THEY HAD TO SANITISE THE BRANCH. THEN I ASKED ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT, THEN HE SAID TO GO CREATE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AND GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH (TANJUNG KARANG). I ASKED IF HE CAN REFER MY APPOINTMENT TO THAT BRANCH. THEN HE SAID, βLOOK INSIDE. IS THERE ANYONE THERE? NO RIGHT? SO?β WOW, IβM ASTONISHED AND FURIOUS TO BE HONEST. CANβT YOU INFORM ME PROFESSIONALLY WHY SUCH THING CANβT BE DONE?
ALL IN ALL, BAD EXPERIENCE HERE. MAYBE THE PEOPLE IN CHARGED OF SANITISING DID AN EXCELLENT WORK TO THE POINT NOT ONLY THE VIRUS ARE GONE BUT ALSO THE MANNERS AND PROFESSIONALISM FROM THE STAFFS HERE ARE AS WELL.
