★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week Thursday I went there for change my ATM pin problem..they closed at 1 pm. Wasting my time.. I need urgently need to transfer money.. The security guy stricktly never let me enter.. At lest inform to customers in advance via SMS... No need take half-day leave to settle..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t even deseve any star. Went there as early as 9am as I needed to open account urgently (got my house loan approved need to open one before hoc finishes end of may). The next available online appointment is only on June.When I asked the officer (guy wearing glasses) and the security if they can help me they refused rudely and even shouted so everyone can hear. You guys in customer service and treat customers like farm animals!!Worse bank EVER!
