★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience, people waiting there ALMOST MORE THEN 1 HOUR. VERY SLOWE SERVICE, most elderly people are waiting, its so sad to see the elderly people waiting outside . Super slow service. The management should be ashamed. please do something to improve it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to Maybank PJ OLd Town branch to redeem my fixed deposit. I i was there at 9.30 a.m. I received number 5001. It means i am the fist in the category. Upon waiting for 30 minutes i approached the officer in charge of numbers and told him the number starting with 5 is yet to be called out . He made deaf ear. Then i approached another officer and told her that many customers who came later than me left after completion of the transactions but yet my number is not called out. He collected the document and passed the deaf ear officer. After receiving my documents he still did not attend to me. instead press another number and attended to a customer. This kind of service is uncalled for. I walked out without redeeming my fd at 10.30. I wasted my valuable 1 hour. Further at 9.30 only 2 counters are open out of four.

2. There's one indian guy sometime at counter being rude without any reason, act like that bank belong to his father. If he can die if he's being polite.
3. 1st floor workers dont have initiative and irresponsible to attend to you and let you wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hate the fact ATMs operate only from 8am during these trying times. Banks are increasingly short-changing customers when it's clear that if not for customers they wouldn't be able to make humongous profits particularly during the lockdown period. Otherwise any Maybank is just the same as any other. Making superprofits using fractional banking as their basis of operations and legalised by the central banks the world over. You'd be put in jail if you gave your friend credit 10 times more than what your friend had asked you to hold for safekeeping

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less staff to serve customer. CDM Most of time is Out Of service. Only 1 CDM usable. Tiny branch less people and its good to come here. But parking is depend on your luck. Parking payment using Card, can get from hardware shop beside the bank. 60cent/hr.
