no phone call x penah nak angkat...klo angkat di putuskan ..apa punya service la mcm ni...urgent call dibuat tapi x dilayan..worst!!

Their staff are not sensitive with indigenous community. I've experienced twice. First Experience. I brought my friend (indigenous people) to make an ATM card and updating the phone number for online banking Well for those who are not familiar working with indigenous people, they are quite shy to speak with stranger. I was not allowed to enter due the pandemic situation. Ended up, my friend need to go to the counter 3 times. To be honest, they need soft skills development on dealing with indigenous people especially. Second Experience. Still related with indigenous community since I'm currently working with them. Basically my friend did told me that he had experienced with Maybank account but unsure the status of the account. When I asked with the counter, the staff said anything related with account, need to make appointment first. Ended up I just registered on behalf of my friend for new account since I can't get any details of the previous account. Done with registration online, I went to the counter for the activation as mentioned. I did tell the staff at the counter that my friend are not good at reading and writing (Tidak pandai membaca dan menulis). Then some staff behind the counter said, please give me the OKU card. Then she asked my friend to come to the counter. I did told the staff to create an ATM card for my friend. And while waiting inside, I was asked to be outside of the bank since I don't have anything related with their service. After 10 minutes I was out, my friend come to me and asked for help to fill up the form. Basically the account was created previously, just need to activate it back. Well, it seems that the staff really don't understand the term 'tak pandai menulis dan membaca'. They didn't provide any help to fill up the english version form for my friend. Seriously? Not everyone are lucky enough to complete their school. Well... The story ended up with the activation of the account with no ATM card. And I need to get in to the branch again for cash deposit.
