β β β β β I take leave on weekday just to stop the asb loan however que is long around 1 hour just to enter the bank in RMCO. For those who want to get their business here, just try other branch. The most profitable bank but no best procedure to keep customer happy.

β β β β β Apps is good but workers are sucks. Sucks customer service. Called thousand time to branch and keep transfer to ghost intercom line. On the last call only told me the PIC went to lunch. Lunch from 12pm until 130pm also haven't come back to work.

β β β β β Fake Maybank Wi-Fiβ οΈ. Does not work. Counters 8 & 9 are in a private room but after handing over your cash they won't give you a receipt. You have to go out to take your receipt from the counter outside. So who's the wiser if you get a different receipt or if you're short one receipt? They also used to tell customers that over the counter payments would no longer be accepted in an attempt to get customers to use the ATM machines too. Fortunately, they've been set right by higher management.

β β β β β Booked for an appointment on 2.40, reached there at 2.30 and started filling form to open a savings account.. the staff said it's late so can't open need to come next week. Then used EZque appointment for what? Worst banking experience ever in this branch

β β β β β Went to the bank Taman Selayang Jaya on 15/6/2022 at 10.05am just for replacement of ATM bank card. After register the staff asked to wait. Waited almost 45mts and I saw they give way to other people by overide my queue without ask or informing the customer. Finally I have to cancel my replacement of card due to need to in for work.
This is redicullos. How come the staff can allow others customer to cut the queue.
