★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "staff" will collect the car park fee (RM 3 per hour), ok it's fine. But !!!! The cheque deposit machine always not in function! Hello? It was ok if the machine not function one or two time! But it was not function along whole year! Please repair it or move it out! Disappointed need to pay the car park fee and can't do nothing fast machine here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a good place to test your patience and limit. have trying to call them since last year but no one picking up the phone. i tried at least 4 numbers but none of them picking up. so again, a very good place to experience poor response and poor customer service

Plsssss i try to call this branch for ages just to ask on my loan settlement prior to going there, but nobody answer. And I been trying for so many times. 1st thing in the morning I call but no one answer. Is anyone still working for Maybank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never answer the calls. They pick up your call and ended it immediately. I'm not in KL so I just wanted to enquire something regarding my Hire Purchase loan. Are you telling me I have to travel to KL just to enquire about this? Please Maybank do better!

It is near to my place and I find it fairly convenient to do my usual transactions. For the first time coming here at 1am, I only found out that the ATM machine has a working hours too. Oddly not convenient for me.
Cant complain much on this but the bank itself is consider to be basic and normal staff. Some are helpful, some have no idea. Been to a much worse bank of the same name and other bank too. This is considered an average bank.

They will prioritize the one that had booked for appointment (online). I go walk in still they attend me, registration went smooth. Not wait that long, so far I'm satisfied.
