★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad Experience and service?open saving account by appointment still need to waste three hours.Other bank no need appointment and done in one hours. Slow service bad attitude. When appointment provide us apply form but said no need to fill in. When we arrived the bank for appointment the other staff said must fill in and said they confirm didn't said no need to fill in?Do your staff know what are they doing? Need to bring what supporting document also didn't explain clearly.
