β β β β β Front desk customer service lack of knowledge in Maybank product itself & hesitate to ask inside officer first before response to enquiry. Not patient, not friendly & seem like different rule applied to different walk in customer without appointment.
She even clarified she was just a customer service & asked me be patient if want to solve my issue. If front desk customer service DON'T fully understand company product, how to serve customer? Morever, all walk in customer without appointment in front of me was allowed to go inside while I'M the only one need appointment. No appointment , no walk in. :) Different ppl, different rule? Different branch, different rule?
This is her attitude, how am i going to patient?
Officer should improve communication skill & shouldn't use inappropriate word.
Bad service experience compared with other branch.
