โ โ โ โ โ Lived here for almost 5 years. Very convenient location. Up keep is there by the management but rather minimal. A bit of infestation problem (cockroach) which can be fixed via hiring pest control. Simple, small, gracefully ageing studio units.

โ โ โ โ โ Super Impolite management. A staff using disrespectful words against tenants and still telling want to RAMPAS our own things. Whats your right to RAMPAS tenant's own things?
Kindly educate your management team before get contact with any tenants in this apartment!

Occasionally the water supply is cut off without any information. Do you not use water for your personal needs?. My friends and I are skeptical because you do not use water and you do not know the value of water.
At least let the room know, we have some problems with the water supply today, then no problem. We returned to the room after work, no water. I asked the security staff and they said I did not know. Then to whom should the problem be asked. at least you will your on staff "what happened for water supply"
