★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, they won't provide gown throughout the whole session (according to the beautician,it's because of cmco sop) so if you are wearing short sleeve and short pant u will suffer in coolness as they will only provide a towel which won't fully cover your whole body... I feel so uncomfortable and not dare to request for extra towel as when I visit their toilet, I saw tons of towels kumpul beside their toilet and just beside of the sinki. I not sure when is their laundry day but this is definitely not a good impression ....
then the beautician will provide service with her "surgical glove " on ( cmco sop u know) so imagine they rubbing you face with the plastic throughout the session. I do visit other salon during cmco and totally different experience gained. Certainly won't visit Mayfair balakong branch anymore .
